You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email us within the period and we will send a return address and instructions.
The item should be in essentially unchanged condition. You may examine it as you would in a shop; diminished value from use beyond that can be deducted.
We refund the full amount including original shipping within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of sending. The refund goes to the payment method you used.
You pay the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged — then we cover everything.
If an item is faulty, your statutory claim rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act run for three years. Contact us as soon as the fault appears.
